1 General Terms & Conditions

ElitBet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to all members, including those from Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to deposits on ElitBet:

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting or gaming purposes.
• Third-party deposits are prohibited. Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• ElitBet may hold payments without verification if a transaction is deemed suspicious.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawals are capped at ৳1,00,000 per day.
• In cases of suspicious activity, ElitBet may place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within an average of 5 minutes processed within. However, verification requirements may extend the processing time.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ElitBet offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own terms. The general rules are:

• By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to the associated terms and conditions.
• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement varies — typically ×8 to ×30 for deposit bonuses.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified period after bonus activation (typically 7–30 days).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

ElitBet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and gaming:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• ElitBet reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• For live betting, bets placed during odds transitions may be accepted or voided at ElitBet's discretion.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be counted as 1.0.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ElitBet:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using money laundering or illicit funds.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Colluding with other members to place bets dishonestly.

If any of these rules are violated, ElitBet reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit all balances.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

ElitBet reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (typically 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance (if withdrawable) will be returned.

9 Responsible Gaming

ElitBet believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. We have the following safeguards in place for our members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself from your account for a set period.
• Cooldown Period: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Reality Check: Review your gaming session activity at regular intervals.
